This wooden formwork is used to form concrete into a structural shape. It can be reused for other projects.
We apply professional formwork below ground level and fill with concrete. The 22 foundations will point the forces of the whole house to underground.
The pits are refilled and the ground above is leveled with the help of our neighbor.
The ring formwork above groundlevel connects the foundations to each other.
Ready mix concrete produced off-site is delivered by a mixer truck. Enough help is available to unload and spread evenly. Btw when loading and mixing the truck the drum turns one direction, when unloading the drum turns in the other direction, it is all about fins inside the drum.
When concrete is dry the formwork is removed. After one to two days concrete has dried enough to walk on it. Actually full drying takes around a month. The warm weather also helps to proceed.
