Learn about the Isan themselves and the agriculture produce grown by Isan residents for everyday food. A visit to our mini farm can easily be combined with a visit to the beautiful houses in Tha Rae and the enormous St. Michael's Cathedral. We grow on a small scale to give an impression and show the in's and out's of how they do it.

An excursion can take place in the early morning. As an example combine the early morning saturday cow market of Tha Rae (starts early at 4 am) with a visit to our Isan mini farm.
How to bring your cows to the early morning cow market?
Just before sunrise with a view of Venus
In the morning listen to the far away prayers from Buddhist monks and Tha Rae Catholics. Experience the early morning life of an Isan farmer (between 6 and 8 o'clock) have breakfast with us and lend a hand by watering our land to keep plants growing. Watering is done by using water from 50 meters below surface.
If you are lucky you can see our neighbor to prepare his rice harvester to go out for rice harvesting or drying rice beside our plot. If you are more lucky he will allow you to take a selfie on on his modern water buffalo,

If you're lucky, you'll also see other neighbors come by with cows and buffalo to feed them in a nearby field.
Book a trip (via email) to our Isan mini farm in central Isan and receive a free drink made from local fruits upon arrival. An excursion always includes breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending on the time of day. You will learn about products that Isan residents grow for their daily cooking. The excursion can be conducted in Thai or English (Dutch and German are also possible). Let us know the day and time of your arrival, we are very flexible. Prices depend on the number of people. For 1-2 people (basic price) ฿2000. Each additional person costs ฿175 additionally.
