The walls have an internal steel skeleton and are welded for stability. The steel frame is fixed in the concrete all around with screws and dowels or or welded to riba if present.
The steel frames in the kitchen are covered with moisture-resistant gypsum board. A filler is applied to the plasterboard to obtain an even surface.
The size and location of the window is based on the kitchen design, inside the kitchen the window sits between the upper kitchen cabinet and the lower kitchen cabinet
Black tiles are laid on the front of the step from the terrace to the kitchen and the entrance for a visual attention sign “watch your step”
Inside and outside of the walls are painted with the same white paint and color as the outside of our house.
