Measuring a foundation is done with simple tools. Floor markings are positioned exactly as a result. Positioning is done with a string and the Pythagorean theorem.

On the picture we see thin ropes to position the later fundaments related to each other. It is a very accurate task to do.

Interesting to recoqnize the different levels in the digged hole. On top the layer we added by our self. The second layer is the original top soil from the land. The level below consists of red sand with little stones. It means water under foundation from rain can drain.
