The floor of the patio is 20 cm lower than the entire first floor where the bedrooms and living room are located. They start with wooden planks supporting the floor, which are again supported by wooden beams. At the same time they are finishing the pillars that will later support the roof.
On top we use a layer of concrete with a structural steel mat made of Rebar. Workmen level the surface until an even whole is created.
The surface looks very smooth, a good starting point for laying floor tiles on the terrace. The two wooden blocks serve to realize the ventilation supply in the floor.
